Monitored social media interaction during live Internet video feed/social media event for the client Krystal (national restaurant chain).
Exodus Magazine, Samford University Yearly Student Magazine, Art Director. Birmingham, AL 2007
• Designed and finalized layout decisions for the overall look and feel of the magazine. Used Quark X Press to layout pages and guide the other staff in their spread designs. Also wrote articles, designed spreads and sold advertising for the magazine.

Alabama Governor Bob Riley’s Office, Intern. Montgomery, AL 2006
• Interned under the Deputy Chief of Staff and Appointments Manager. Wrote letters from the Governor, put together packages from the state to Alabama soldiers hospitalized overseas, updated the Governor’s email list, researched on appointments, drafted and presented a speech on “Perception Management” for the Governor’s staff.

Auburn University COMM 1000: Basic Public Speaking, Instructor. Auburn, AL 2009-10
• Taught Basic Public Speaking at Auburn University with an average class size of 22 students. Graded student’s speeches on informative, persuasive values, and persuasive question of policy speeches. Administered exams, held office hours, created lesson plans, and managed the BlackBoard application for my courses.
Santa Rosa County School Board, Substitute Teacher. Milton, FL 2007-08
• Substitute teacher in elementary, middle and high schools. Took all the responsibilities of the teacher being subbed for the entire day. Manage the classroom, organize students work, and oversaw tests.
Samford University, Academic Computer Labs, Student Assistant. Birmingham, AL 2004-05
• Received “Assistant of the Week” multiple times throughout the year. Technical assistant to lab patrons on software and hardware issues in all six campus computer labs. Enforced all computer lab rules and guidelines.

• Worked along side the department head’s assistant: aided with copies, filing, faxing, and general organization of the office. Sold tickets for music department events and answered phone calls.
